The program is managed by Recharge America, a 501(c)3 non-profit whose goal is to promote local economic development by advancing community sustainability initiatives.
Recharge America supports leadership action by key community figures including: local community foundations, local family foundations, business leaders, educational leaders, and local electric utilities.
Spurring ongoing efforts to capture the economic benefits from aligning local sustainability initiatives.
Facilitating ongoing community educational events and activities related to sustainability and the emerging clean energy economy.
Promoting business and educational development pipelines in support of the process.

Their inclusion is simply to provide users with relevant information and resources. Any documents that are submitted to MassEVolves will be maintained by Recharge America for tracking purposes. All pledges and action plans will be public records under the Commonwealth’s Public Records Law, M.G.L. c. 66, §10.”
